I know many people might have a query what the topic is it's not so revealing about the content.No issues let me continue.
We all prefer doing some workout to keep ourselves fit.But at the farther side we have many types of different workouts available.We have pilates ,calisthenics ,normal gym workout..many more.
All people choose a different type of workout according to their all day routine and their body capabilities.In this blog we are talking about calisthenics.All questions regarding calisthenics will be answered by AKSEL HENRIKSEN.A person well known for calisthenics.
WHAT IS CALISTHENICS ?
Calisthenics is basically a form of gymnastic exercise consisting of a variety of gross motor movements- running, standing,grasping,pushing ,etc.These exercises are often performed with minimal equipments.They are basically intended to increase body strength,body fitness, and
flexibility,through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up,bending,jumping,or swinging, generally using only one's body weight for resistance;usully conducted with concert of stretches.When performed vigorously and with variety, calisthenics can provide benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning.,
in addition to improving skills such as balance,agility and coordination.
Calisthenics is generally referred to a street form of workout.Some common exercises of calisthenics are:
- Muscle ups
- Squat jumps
- Front lever
- Push ups
- Pull ups
- Chin ups
- Back lever
- Hand stand
- Leg raises
- Shuttle runs

I have been doing calisthenics for a few years.But it has mostly been just as an addition to my other workouts.
I have been fascinated by calisthenics ever since
I saw one of the early videos of hannibal for king,which I later had the honor of meeting.Now I mostly spend my time
on learning to become better at the handstand.
I train handstand almost every day.In addition to weight training as well.
Now talking about my diet:
For proteins - I mainly prefer chicken and beef
For carbs - Rice,Sweet potato,oats
For fats - Red fish and peanut butter
