We all females know maintaining yourself after baby is a hard nut to crack.You need a lot of dedication and efforts for this purpose.
Here we are with a fit mum Silvia.She is just amazing in maintaining herself.

I'm Silvia, a Personal Trainer from Italy.I'm a mum of a 15 months little girl and I work as a Personal Trainer
especially with women and mothers because I feel fascinated by what our bodies are capable of and I think that
fitness is a great way to feel better and help our body to stay active and prepared for all sort of things,
from everyday tasks to special events like pregnancy.
I love fitness so for me isn't difficult to stay motivated.
I usually workout three or four days a week, keeping at least three workouts
with weights and one or two HIIT workouts.
I often have with me my little daughter Thea when I workout so they must be short and intense.
The most difficult part to me is nutrition;I always have to prepare at least two different meals for me
and her and I'm not so good with organization!"
